We surprised Logan with a mini preschool bash to celebrate an early 5th birthday.  Sixteen preschoolers and two sweet preschool teachers celebrated with a special birthday song and dance and made Logan feel like a royal king.  The preschool carnival followed and included pony rides, petting zoo and race car tracks which was perfect fun for both kids.

Marlo loved the pony rides.  “Giddyup pony, go!”  She waved her arms in the hopes of making the pony trot faster and cried when she had to give up her turn.

Marlo was so excited about the “cute baby” animals.  She could hardly contain herself from hugging the lambs.

Third ride and heartbroken when removed from the pony.  Can’t blame the girl.

Logan and his buddy William reluctantly agreed to a pony ride.  They thought they were too old for a pony.  Imagine that!

My almost-five-year-old enjoying a super day!

Marlo turned two today.  She celebrated her birthday at the beach and had a great time chasing her balloons and skootin’ around on her new pink scooter.   She enjoyed a sweet Hello Kitty cake with her big brother and her cousin.  They devoured every little bite of cake and spun it off on the playground tire swing with friends.  Happy Birthday to Marlo!

Logan has been waiting to play baseball for what seems like years.  Finally, he is old enough to join a team and he is really excited to “annilate the other team”.  His first hit was a long line drive through short stop and he ran his heart out to make it safely to first base.  He ran home twice and played in-field with some nice throws to first base.  Nothing quite like your kid’s first baseball game!

Love the “Bad News Bears” look to this team during their first practice together.
